Booking procedures and details of prices and payment:

Bed linen is supplied.

Cots and high-chairs can normally be made available for a small rental charge
 
All prices include provision of bed linen, gas, electricity and pool maintenance from May to September.

A charge for heating will be made in the cooler months and for longer winter lets all household bills must be covered in addition to the agreed rent.

Special rates will be charged for Christmas and New Year weeks, please contact us for details

An individual Welcome Pack of locally produced fare and some basic food items will greet you on your arrival.

With some of our larger properties, there is a mandatory mid-term clean which will be at the tenant's expense (please ask us for details)

Payment:
A deposit of one third is payable on booking, the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Payment can be by cheque or direct bank transfer in pounds sterling or Euros.
When the balance payment is due, we will ask for a damage/telephone deposit - this varies according to each property and all details will be on the booking form.
A Housekeeping/Cleaning contribution is payable at the end of your stay, again this will be detailed in the booking contract.
